Restore
Your Fertility

Achieve hormonal harmony based on your unique needs

Despite what you may've been told, your baseline fertility is not static. You and your partner have the power to increase your fertility, improve your chances for a healthy pregnancy, and give your baby a healthy start in life. Let me show you how.

Get off the hormonal hamster wheel, and support your body's natural fertile rhythm

You’re doing everything you can—and yet, it still feels like your body isn’t cooperating. You’ve tracked cycles, Googled symptoms, tried every supplement Instagram suggested, and maybe even started fertility treatments like IVF. Or perhaps you’re so overwhelmed that you don’t know where to begin. Either way, you’re stuck, struggling to conceive or carry a pregnancy. And it’s emotionally exhausting.

Conventional medicine is powerful, but it often falls short when it comes to personalized fertility support. Generic advice like “follow a Mediterranean diet” or “just maintain a healthy weight” may be well-intentioned, but it doesn't address your unique physiology or the root causes of fertility challenges.

Fertility is about giving your body the internal environment it needs to thrive so it has the resources and capacity to create new life. Whether you're navigating PCOS, hormone imbalances, miscarriage recovery, celiac disease, or other nutrition-related roadblocks, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on. Together, we’ll create a personalized, evidence-based plan that supports your hormones, improves your chances of a healthy pregnancy, and helps you feel confident in your journey. If you’re ready for fertility help that actually addresses you—not just your symptoms—click here to take the next step.

About Me

Lindsey Lee, RDN_edited_edited_edited.jp

Lindsey Lee, BS, pursuing MS, RDN/LDN in training

Currently Pursuing a Master's of Science in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology,

Columbia University

My fertility story began after my husband and I had been married for four years. We decided the timing was right and tried for a baby. We were delighted to discover the pregnancy was a success—at first. Then, at a routine ultrasound, we were informed the pregnancy was no longer viable. No answers, no recommendations, just clinical next steps to abort the nonviable fetus and "better luck next time."

After experiencing this heartbreaking loss that is unfortunately all too common, I set out to learn all I could about facilitating a successful pregnancy and delivery. Alongside my personal research, I am completing a Master's of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Columbia University. There, I am learning evidence-based, clinical guidelines for using food as medicine for a variety of physical ailments. After completing my degree, I plan on becoming a Registered & Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, trained in functional medicine focused on fertility.

Combining my clinical training with my passion for fertility health, I sought to create a holistic fertility solution for others who are struggling. I look forward to helping you on your journey to a healthy, viable pregnancy.

Fertility Support Backed by Science

What happens when you stop guessing and start nourishing your body with evidence-based fertility nutrition?

Improve Egg Quality, Sperm Health, and Hormone Balance

Nutrition is one of the most powerful ways to support your fertility—naturally

This isn’t about eating a list of “fertility superfoods.” It’s about giving your body the nutrients it needs to create the right internal environment for conception. I focus on research-backed strategies: antioxidants to protect egg and sperm health, healthy fats to support hormone production, and targeted supplements to fill nutritional gaps. For male partners, nutrition can help optimize sperm count, motility, and morphology—so you’re both moving forward, together.

Get Relief from PCOS, Endometriosis, and Inflammatory Conditions

Condition-specific strategies that go deeper than generic advice

If you're navigating PCOS, we’ll focus on stabilizing blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and supporting regular ovulation—all without cutting out entire food groups. For endometriosis and other inflammatory conditions, we’ll use anti-inflammatory nutrition strategies that promote healing and reduce pain. No fad diets, no band-aid solutions—just targeted, sustainable support that works with your body.

Prepare Your Body for Pregnancy at Any Age

Fertility nutrition that evolves with your life stage

Whether you’re just starting to plan for pregnancy or looking for extra support after 35, your nutritional needs are unique. We'll address age-related concerns like declining egg quality, shifting hormones, and increased nutrient demands. You’ll walk away with a personalized roadmap from preconception to pregnancy designed to give you the best possible foundation for growing your family.
